MultiView on your desktop
Your rooms and your account, as an app instead of a browser tab. Craft rooms keep working without a connection, and every room you open is saved to a folder on your own disk as plain files.

Offline craft rooms
Write, edit boards and move things around with no connection. Changes wait on your computer and go up when you reconnect.
Your rooms as files
Each room is a folder of boards, writing as Markdown, and assets. Open it in any text editor and back it up however you like.
Same account, same rooms
Nothing separate to set up. Sign in once and everything syncs with the browser both ways.
Export at any time
Save a full copy of a room to a folder you choose from the user menu, online or not.
Updates itself
Windows and AppImage builds download new versions in the background and install them when you close the app. Deb installs get a notice instead.
Video rooms stay online
Watching together needs a connection by design. Craft rooms are the part that works without one.
Before you install
Your account
The download is free for anyone with a MultiView account. Opening a craft room in the app needs an active subscription or trial, the same as in the browser.
Windows will warn you
The installer is not code signed yet, so Windows says it protected your PC. Choose More info, then Run anyway. You only see this once.
Linux AppImage
Make the file executable before opening it. Most file managers offer to do this, or run chmod +x on it in a terminal.
Something not right? The desktop app is new. If it opens to a blank window, will not keep you signed in, or behaves differently from the browser, let us know. Your rooms are kept on the server as well as on disk, so nothing is lost while it is sorted out.
