MultiView Terms of Service
Effective date: August 16, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of MultiView, including the MultiView website, desktop application, rooms, Craft features, video features, playlists, and other services provided by MultiView.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using MultiView, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the information associated with your account and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Some MultiView features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing intervals, included features, and applicable taxes are shown at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions renew according to the plan selected unless cancelled before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not normally reverse a completed billing period. Any refunds are handled according to the refund terms shown at purchase or otherwise required by law.
4. User content
You retain ownership of writing, images, audio, video, playlists, boards, maps, characters, and other content you create or upload. You give MultiView a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, synchronize, and store that content as needed to provide the service.
You are responsible for having the rights needed to upload and share your content.
5. Rooms and collaboration
Room owners and permitted editors control access and collaboration within their rooms. You must respect the permissions set by room owners and must not attempt to bypass access controls.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use MultiView to violate applicable law, infringe another person's rights, distribute malicious code, interfere with the service, bypass security or subscription controls, or access accounts or rooms without authorization.
7. Service availability
MultiView may experience maintenance, outages, bugs, or other interruptions. We do not promise that the service will always be available or error-free.
8. Changes
Features and services may change over time. We may update these Terms when reasonably necessary. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address abuse, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Intellectual property
MultiView and its proprietary software, source code, interface design, branding, and original materials are owned by Rachel Mjoen unless otherwise stated. Your subscription does not transfer ownership of those materials.
MultiView™ is a trademark of Rachel Mjoen. The MultiView name and logo may not be used in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship or endorsement.
11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MultiView is provided without guarantees that it will meet every particular need or remain uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Rachel Mjoen and MultiView are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the owner of the service, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
13. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be directed through the contact method provided on the MultiView website.
